My assessment here is 'no' - looks more like a retired gay builder. Ah! I see - hmmmmm........still a 'no' though - what would the good Captain be doing in Nempnett Thrubwell?
I think that the larger of the two women at the booth behind 'not' Sensible may well be Reg Isidore though. It's so hard to tell with modern fashions isn't it?
